Associate MD at Witt O’Brien’s

Prior to joining Witt O'Brien's, Alicia worked as the Director of the Virgin Islands Energy Office, Environmental Affairs Manager for the Virgin Islands Water & Power Authority, Assistant Chief Executive Officer of the Economic Development Authority, Commissioner of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources, and Business Development Representative for VITOL Virgin Islands Corporation. Alicia also served as a member of the 33rd Legislature of the U.S. Virgin Islands and was Chairman of the Committee on Government Operations, Consumer Affairs, Energy, Environment, and Planning.

Alicia has received numerous professional and community awards, including the Business and Professional Women’s Organization- Young Careerist and Career Achievement Awards and the Virgin Islands Water & Power Authority – Employee of Merit Award. She has also been honored as an “Emerging Leader” by Generation NOW, an “Outstanding Woman of St. Croix” by the Mu Gamma Omega Chapter of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and a “Woman of Influence” by the New Horizon Women’s Democratic Club.

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marine Science & Environmental Studies from Hampton University and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of the Virgin Islands.
