Brian Donovan is a Senior Consultant at Witt O’Brien’s. Brian has over 25 years of experience in the field of construction and program management.

Previously, they worked at Jack Conway & Co., Inc. as a Commercial Sales representative from January 2016 to December 2017. There, they provided services related to commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Before that, Brian was a Senior Program Manager at URS Corporation, An AECOM Company, for 23 years from January 1992 until December 2015. In that role, they oversaw the implementation of two unique and nationally-recognized disaster recovery programs for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) after the 2001 World Trade Center and 1994 Northridge Earthquake Disasters. Brian also provided technical and administrative leadership to Federal and State agencies in several areas of the United States. Brian managed all levels of professionals, primarily senior-level and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), who engaged in assisting public agencies with various programs.

Brian has high-level professional experience and has led and been involved with projects involving construction cost estimating, homeland security, public-sector programs, grants management, hazard mitigation, public assistance, design, building assessments, water resources, environmental assessments, historic preservation, permitting, environmental remediation, and construction management.

Brian Donovan's educational career began at Northeastern University, where they earned their bachelor's degree. Brian then attended Boston College High School for their master's degree. Afterward, they received certification from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in Professional Engineer (Civil) and Real Estate.
