Jennie DeVeaux is a Senior Consultant at Witt O’Brien’s. Jennie has over 20 years of experience in emergency management and homeland security.

Jennie began their career as a Vice President at ICF International in 1986. In this role, they led environmental policy and emergency response initiatives. Jennie then served as the Vice President of Homeland Security and Emergency Management from 2000 to 2009. In this role, they were responsible for the company’s homeland security practice.

From 2009 to 2019, Jennie served as the Portfolio Leader for Emergency Preparedness and Resilience at ICF International. In this role, they oversaw a team of consultants who provided emergency management services to clients.

Jennie has extensive experience in the field of emergency management and has been recognized as a leading expert in the field.

Jennie DeVeaux graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology & Jennie'story. Jennie then went on to earn their Master of Science in Technology & Human Affairs from Washington University in St. Louis.
