Norberto Dueñas

Norberto Dueñas is currently an Associate MD at Witt O’Brien’s. Prior to that, they were Deputy Executive Director at the San José Redevelopment Agency from January 2006 to December 2008. From January 1999 to December 2006, they were Division Manager at the City of San José's Department of Housing.
