Sahil offers more than a decade of experience in the areas of water resource management, infrastructure, agriculture, and climate change. Experienced in assessing environmental and infrastructure damages and conducting benefit-cost analyses for investment prioritization for post-disaster recovery. Knowledge of applied research methodologies, program management and evaluation, and strategy development through work in multi-sectoral development projects in multiple countries in Asia, Africa, and North America.
At Witt O’Brien’s, Sahil has been leading the work on disaster recovery for clients in the water, wastewater, and power sectors in the U.S. Virgin Islands. He engages with stakeholders in the Federal and Territory governments and in the private and academic sectors to enable recovery and build resilience against future disasters in the Territory’s utilities and local partners. Sahil holds a Masters degree in Public Administration from Columbia University and is a licensed civil engineer (State of California).
