Ale Quintero is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of Design at Cooler since July 2023, Ale previously held the position of Lead Product Designer at Healthy Together from April 2021 to June 2023, focusing on health and human services. Prior to this, Ale was the Lead Experience Designer at Sofía, contributing to innovative health insurance solutions. Ale's design journey began as a Founding Designer at Knoable, Inc., and as a Freelance Designer, offering services to early-stage companies. Additionally, Ale co-founded The Handsome Pig, contributing to product concepts and business strategies. Early experiences include roles at Rehilete Estudio Creativo, Fundacion Comunitaria Oaxaca A.C., and Decofuego Chimeneas, where Ale developed various design skills. Ale Quintero holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
