Falk Schuster

Falk Schuster is an experienced project manager specializing in process improvement and project management within various industrial sectors. Currently serving as the Project Manager for Process Improvement at WITTE Automotive since June 2021, Falk Schuster focuses on enhancing administrative processes and has developed over 30 data models and reports using Microsoft Power BI. Prior to this role, Falk Schuster worked as a Project Manager at Deutsche Bahn, overseeing infrastructure projects in the railway sector, and contributed to financial controlling and project management processes. Other experiences include internships and roles in industrial engineering and technical project management at notable companies such as Continental Teves AG, AFCO, and BMW Group.
