Uwe Patock

Uwe Patock has significant work experience in various managerial roles in the automotive and manufacturing industries. Uwe most recently served as the Director of the Technical Competence Center for Industrial Engineering at WITTE Automotive starting in January 2020. Prior to that, they were the Manager of the Technical Competence Center at the same company from August 2017 to December 2019.

Before joining WITTE Automotive, Uwe Patock worked at Geberit Deutschland from August 2012 to July 2017, where they held the position of Plant Production Manager. In this role, they managed various operating areas such as production, lean, production control, and maintenance, overseeing a team of approximately 500 employees. Uwe also served as a Kata-Manager during their time there.

Earlier in their career, Uwe Patock worked at CRH (C. Rob. Hammerstein) from April 2002 to July 2012. Uwe held several roles at the company, including Plant Production Manager from September 2007 to July 2012, Lean Manager from September 2004 to August 2007, and Production Control Manager from April 2002 to August 2004. In these roles, they were involved in implementing lean methods, developing and realizing concepts, managing production control, and introducing SAP systems.

Uwe Patock's education history began in 1985 when they enrolled at Ruhr University Bochum. Uwe pursued a degree in Maschinenbau and completed their studies in 1993, obtaining a Diplom-Ingenieur. Following this, they attended FernUniversität in Hagen from 1996 to 1998, focusing on Economics for engineers. In 2003, Uwe Patock enrolled at Berlin University of Applied Sciences Berlin (BHT) and obtained a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering in 2007.
