Mark Caldwell is an experienced Senior Field Service Technician with a strong background in maintaining and servicing cash handling equipment, ATMs, and physical security systems. Currently at Wittenbach Business Systems since August 2021, Mark specializes in cash handling equipment installation and maintenance. Previously, Mark held roles at Diebold Nixdorf as a Senior Firstline Technician focusing on ATM maintenance, and at Wittenbach Business Systems as a Customer Service Engineer responsible for a large geographical service area. Mark's experience spans various positions at companies like Quality Data Systems, Delarue Cash Systems, and Diebold, with recognition for efficiency and service excellence throughout a career beginning in 1987. Mark studied at Greenville Technical College from 1985 to 1987.
