Lupe Muchmore is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Wittenstein US since September 2012, Lupe brings expertise in employee relations, recruitment, retention, training and development, workers’ compensation, and benefits management. Prior to this role, Lupe worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Cast Aluminum Solutions, LLC from February 2010 to September 2012, and at Watlow from November 1990 to January 2010. Lupe's contributions include planning and implementing various HR programs, leading a Safety Committee, and developing employee handbooks and forms. Lupe holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Illinois University.
