Wouter Claassen

Wouter Claassen is a Senior Design Lead and Head of Design Group for Bridges and Special Structures at Witteveen+Bos, where they have worked since 2005. They specialize in steel and concrete bridges, prefabricated structures, and bio-based materials, and have managed numerous projects including the Smart Circular Bridge project and various competitions. Since 2017, Wouter has also been a freelance photographer, providing high-resolution images of civil engineering works. Wouter holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Technische Universiteit Delft, along with numerous professional qualifications and training in various related fields.
