Carolynn Muci

Carolynn Muci is an experienced internal communications leader currently at WittKieffer, where responsibilities include designing and delivering effective internal communications to enhance team engagement and understanding of business strategies. Previously, Carolynn served as Change Communication Manager at Wayfair, developing strategies to facilitate customer service teams' adaptation to various initiatives. At Harper College, Carolynn managed internal communications, notably achieving a 25 percentage point increase in employee satisfaction with presidential town halls over six years. Earlier experience includes serving as Marketing/Public Relations Director at Mount Prospect Public Library, where Carolynn established in-house communications functions. Carolynn holds a Master’s degree in Corporate and Organizational Communication from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Math and Political Science from Claremont McKenna College.
