Julie Fotheringham

Julie Fotheringham, PCC, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive coaching, marketing, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Partner at HAGEMAN since January 2008, Fotheringham also holds the position of Vice President of Marketing, People & Culture at Ripple Therapeutics, a role commenced in January 2020. Additional engagements include serving as a Certified Executive Coach and Senior Leadership Facilitator at Witz Education since October 2021 and previously as Education Coordinator for the Young Presidents' Organization until February 2022. Fotheringham's career has included leadership roles across various organizations, including Soricimed Biopharma Inc., Interface Biologics, and True Patriot Love Foundation. Julie Fotheringham holds an Executive Coaching certificate from Ivey Business School, a Master's degree in Organizational Development & Leadership from Fielding Graduate University, and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biology from Queen's University.
