Italo Ponchet

Italo Ponchet is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance and business development. As the Founder and CEO of Wivenn since July 2016, Italo oversees strategic planning, new business development, and market relationships. Additionally, Italo co-founded HIVE Invest in January 2023. Previously, Italo served at Banco Santander from October 2004 to July 2011, progressing from Trader to Head Trader and Executive Director, managing the Fixed Income Proprietary Desk and leading various trading initiatives in local interest rates and inflation markets. Italo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Aeronautical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA), completed from 2000 to 2004.
