Hsiu-Hung Simon Chen

Hsiu-hung Simon Chen is a Senior Manager and Thermal Mechanical Engineer at Wiwynn since June 2019. Previously, Simon served as Principal Investigator at ThermoFlow Labs LLC, focusing on membrane-less seawater desalination projects in collaboration with the University of Missouri and the University of Texas - Austin. As Co-Founder and CEO of TFL, Simon translated innovative ideas into marketable products. Simon's academic background includes roles as Assistant Research Professor and Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Missouri, along with research assistant positions at the University of Washington, contributing to various thermal management and bioMEMS technology projects. Simon holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Chiao Tung University.
