Amir Rosenberg

Amir Rosenberg is a Corporate Legal Counsel at Wix.com since September 2022, previously serving as a Hi-Tech/Corporate Associate at GKH Law Offices from March 2016 to April 2022, where responsibilities included representing companies and investors in investment and acquisition transactions. Prior experience includes a Corporate Associate role at Zellermayer, Pelossof, Rosovsky, Tsafrir, Toledano & Co. Advocates, where involvement encompassed international M&A and legal counseling, and positions as a Law Clerk at the Federal Trade Commission and a Legal Intern at the Knesset, providing legal research and drafting support. Amir holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Georgetown University Law Center, a Foreign Legal Study and Exchange Program certificate from UCLA School of Law, and both a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Haifa.
