Oleksandr Kurenov

Oleksandr Kurenov is an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a diverse background in software development and engineering roles across various companies. Currently employed at Wix.com since September 2020, Oleksandr has also been self-employed as a Software Engineer since July 2018, focusing on addressing business challenges through technology and leading small teams. Previous experience includes positions at Corva, where Oleksandr developed data processing applications for the oil and gas industry, and at Veritone, Inc., where computer vision engines for facial detection and recognition were created. Earlier roles at BETLAB and ClickMeIn Limited involved full-stack development, optimization, and the use of multiple technologies, including Nodejs, Angular, and various database solutions. Oleksandr holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
