Daniel Henry is currently working as a Customer Success Manager Ops at WIZ.AI, analyzing call task results and detecting performance issues for solutions. Prior to this, Daniel worked as a UX Researcher at Adira Finance, conducting research and A/B testing for website design. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Information System from BINUS University and a High School Diploma in Economics from Sekolah Kristen Kalam Kudus Indonesia.
