Samantha Salazar

Samantha (Freels) Salazar is a seasoned professional in the technology and cybersecurity sectors, currently serving as a Strategic Account Executive at Wiz since August 2025. In addition to this role, Samantha has held the position of Vice President and Co-Founder on the Board of Directors for the Women's Technology Alliance of Charlotte since January 2019. Prior experience includes working as a Cybersecurity Account Executive at GuidePoint Security from July 2021 to August 2025, and as a Strategic Account Executive at Varonis from April 2013 to July 2021. Samantha's career also includes roles as Enterprise Account Manager and Business Development Manager for the Carolina Panthers, as well as a Technical Recruiter at Insight Global. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Management from West Virginia University and participated in a study abroad program in Business Management at CIMBA, Italy.
