Shir Bogner

Shir Bogner currently serves as the Global Employee Experience Manager at Wiz, having transitioned from an Employee Experience Specialist role. Prior experience includes serving as the Employee Experience & Operation Manager at Personetics, where responsibilities encompassed developing employee experience programs and managing hiring processes. Prior to that, Shir held the position of Project Manager for Coca-Cola APP, overseeing business partnerships and app development. Additional roles include Culture Department Director and Human Resources Manager at Ben-Gurion University Student Union, where Shir managed a significant budget and led HR activities for approximately 170 employees. Early career experience includes serving as a Senior Instructor with the Hebrew Scouts Movement and as a Training Officer in the IDF. Shir holds both a Master's degree in Mandel Social Leadership MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
