Magda Kozak

Magda Kozak is the current Head of HR at Wizard. Magda has over 8 years of experience in Human Resources, and has been with Wizard for just over a year. Prior to their current position, they worked as the Senior People Partner and Interim Head of People Ops at CLEAR from December 2019 to November 2021. Before that, they were the Head of HR & Talent Operations at Pivotal Software, Inc. from October 2018 to December 2019, where they led the Global Talent and HR Operations teams. Magda also spent two years as a Senior HRBP/Manager of People Operations at Pivotal Software, Inc. from April 2015 to October 2018, where they were responsible for organizational development, executive coaching, and program development and management for 400+ technical employees in the Customer Success Organization. Magda also initiated and spearheaded several company-wide projects, including career path and skills matrix development, diversity & inclusion efforts across Pivotal, and global expansion efforts for Pivotal Labs. Magda Kozak is an experienced Human Resources professional who has a passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the workplace.

Magda Kozak has a BSBA from Drexel University - College of Business and Administration with concentrations in Accounting, Finance and Legal Studies. Magda also has a certificate from New York University in Human Capital Management. Magda is certified from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
