Alayna Danner has extensive experience in illustration and concept art. Alayna began their career in 2007 as a 2D Artist Intern at Forever Interactive LLC. In 2008, they started their freelance career, working with clients such as Wizards of the Coast, Amazon, and Valve, creating digital painting illustrations for projects including Magic: The Gathering cards, book covers, and game concept art. From 2009 to 2013, Alayna worked as a Lead Artist at PerBlue, where they not only created in-game art and assets for various platforms but also led a team of artists. In 2013, they became the Art Director at Rio Grande Games, overseeing the design and illustration of board games. Alayna established a cohesive look and illustrated game covers and card illustrations. In 2016, Alayna joined Wizards of the Coast as an Illustrator and later became the Art Director and Concept Artist/Illustrator at Alderac Entertainment Group. In this role, they created custom illustrations and designed game boards. Throughout their career, Alayna has demonstrated a diverse skill set and a strong ability to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
Alayna Danner attended the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Illustration.
