Anupama Menon

Anupama Menon has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Anupama started their career as a Programmer at Elnet Technologies in 1995 and then moved on to work as a Programmer Analyst at SRA Systems India in 1997. In 1998, they joined Microsoft Corp as an Applications Developer, where they designed and developed an online reseller shopping experience for Microsoft products.

In 1999, Anupama joined CVS Pharmacy/Soma as an eBusiness Engineer. Anupama then transitioned to Microsoft again in 2005, where they held the positions of Senior Program Manager. In this role, they were responsible for strategy planning, program management, and played a key role in the development of the Controller Workspace, a SharePoint portal that provided financial tracking and reporting tools for Financial Controllers worldwide.

In 2010, Anupama joined Motricity as a Senior Program Manager, where they successfully delivered a new version of a platform product to mobile carriers in North America and APAC regions. Anupama also managed stakeholder communications and ensured product requirements were met.

Anupama's next role was at 110 Consulting in 2011, where they worked as a Senior Consultant. Their responsibilities in this role included providing consulting services to clients.

Their most recent position was as a Release Manager at Wizards of the Coast, starting in 2013. In this role, Anupama implemented a release-as-a-service model, supporting various product teams in integrating and delivering unified products. Anupama played a crucial role in the end-to-end product development process, from the initial story to the final product delivery.

Anupama Menon completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Madras from 1990 to 1995. Anupama then pursued a Master of Science in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani from 1995 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained a Master's degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, although the specific years are not provided.
