Associate Product Engineer at Wizards of the Coast

Basil Hale's work experience begins in 2018 as a Layout Designer for the PPCC Parley Student Journal, where they focused on designing layouts and organizing text for the student-created journal. In 2018, they also worked as a Studio Assistant at Board and Brush Studio Colorado Springs, where they taught customers how to create wooden signs using vinyl stencils.

From 2019 to 2020, Basil served as a Graphic Designer at Purely CBD, handling various design tasks such as product packaging, label design, social media management, and photography.

In 2020, Basil joined the Gladney Center for Adoption and took on roles such as Digital Design Consultant, Digital Profile Coordinator, and Graphic & Digital Design Coordinator. Their responsibilities included creating digital and print profiles, managing social media content, coordinating with printers, and solving technical issues with online profiles.

Currently, Basil is employed at Wizards of the Coast as an Associate Product Engineer. Their tasks involve reviewing production materials, pre-flighting artwork, drafting production specifications, and ensuring content meets expectations.

Basil Hale completed an Associate's degree in Multimedia Graphic Design from Pikes Peak State College, which lasted from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, Basil obtained two certifications, namely "Color Trends" and "Social Media for Graphic Designers," from LinkedIn in March 2022.
