Cami Woodruff

2d Artist, Magic: The Gathering Arena at Wizards of the Coast

Cami Woodruff has a diverse range of work experience in various artistic roles. Cami began their career in 2010 as a Writer and Artist for an independent project called "Doomsday My Dear." In 2012, they worked as an Illustrator for Canright Communications on the project "Santa Stories: The True Tale of Dasher."

From 2013 to 2014, Woodruff worked as a Storyboard Artist for Floyd County Productions and also took on the role of Director, Story, and Animation Supervisor for the project "Homebound" at Savannah College of Art and Design.

In 2014, they joined Bento Box Entertainment LLC, where they worked as a story and layout artist and later as a layout and character artist.

Woodruff then worked at Valve Corporation as a Contractor from 2016 to 2018.

In 2019, they joined Track 3 Entertainment as a Story Artist.

From 2020 to the present, Woodruff has been employed at Wizards of the Coast, initially as a Depth Artist and then as an Associate 2D Artist. Currently, they hold the role of 2D Artist, specifically working on Magic: the Gathering Arena.

Throughout their career, Woodruff's skills encompass areas such as 2D art, depth art, illustration, writing, storyboarding, animation supervision, and artistic direction.

Cami Woodruff pursued their love for animation by obtaining a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Animation from Savannah College of Art and Design. Cami'stime at the institution spanned from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Knox College and focused on Studio Art and Theatre Performance, ultimately earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Cami completed their undergraduate studies at Knox College from 2006 to 2010.
