Chelsey Burgess

Chelsey Burgess is an experienced professional currently serving as the Art Team Manager for Dungeons & Dragons at Wizards of the Coast since November 2025, where leadership focuses on fostering an inclusive and empowering culture within a creative team. Prior to this role, Chelsey held various positions at Funko from September 2019 to October 2025, culminating in the role of Director of Product Development, overseeing innovative consumer goods initiatives. Previous experience includes roles at FUN.com, the City of Mankato, and Minnesota Valley Testing Lab, where foundational skills in product development, project management, and laboratory analysis were developed. Chelsey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
