Dawid Pietrala

Dawid Pietrala has extensive work experience in product management and team leadership. Dawid is currently employed at Wizards of the Coast as the Principal Product Manager for the Dungeons & Dragons Beyond mobile app and web services. In this role, they oversee two multidisciplinary autonomous product teams, as well as leads a team of 5 PMs in long-term product planning.

Prior to their current position, Dawid worked at Fandom as a Principal Product Manager for the D&D Beyond app and as a Senior Product Manager for both the D&D Beyond app and the Fandom app. Dawid played a key role in supervising the creation and release of the D&D Beyond app, which has been instrumental in driving registrations, monthly active users, and revenue.

Dawid Pietrala received their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in English Philology from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, where they studied from 2007 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in English Philology at the same university, studying from 2002 to 2007.
