Luke Johnson has extensive experience in digital product management and fraud management, currently serving as an Associate Digital Product Manager at Wizards of the Coast since December 2018. Previously, Luke worked as a Fraud Manager at Nexon America and held multiple roles at Motiga, Inc., including Data Analyst and Fraud Lead. Additionally, Luke spent a significant period at Big Fish as Lead Fraud Specialist and Fraud Analyst II, and held various positions at Wizards of the Coast from 2001 to September 2013, gaining expertise in fraud supervision and customer support. This diverse background demonstrates a strong proficiency in customer relations, fraud prevention, and product management within the gaming industry.
