Neale LaPlante Johnson has a diverse work experience, spanning various roles in different companies. In 2014, Neale worked as a Staff member at Explo at Wellesley. From 2015 to 2016, Neale worked at Granite Telecommunications as a Customer Care Representative and later as an RFP Technical Coordinator. Neale then moved on to Dire Wolf Digital in 2016, where they worked as a QA Tester until 2017. In 2018, Neale joined Filament Games as a QA Analyst for a few months before transitioning to Nintendo as a Product Tester. Neale's time at Nintendo lasted until 2019. Neale then joined Wizards of the Coast in 2019 as a Senior QA Analyst and subsequently took on the role of Writer in 2020. Currently, Neale holds the position of Worldbuilding Game Designer at Wizards of the Coast, contributing to various Magic: the Gathering products.
