Phillip Gagen

Phillip Gagen is a seasoned professional in business development and sales, currently serving as Senior Director of Business Development at Wizeline since October 2025. Prior experience includes significant roles at Elastacloud from December 2017 to September 2025, where Phillip held positions such as Head of Sales, Head of Account Management, Programme Manager, and Senior Agile Delivery Manager. At the University of Derby, Phillip was a Senior Project Manager from April 2006 to December 2017. Earlier in the career, Phillip contributed as Implementation Manager at Serco from June 2005 to April 2006. Phillip holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Teesside University and a BSc Honours in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Derby, alongside a Project Management certification from ILX Group as a SCRUM Master since April 2017.
