Sol Noello

Sol Noello serves as the General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer at Wizeline since December 2022, previously holding the role of General Counsel at Globant from December 2018 to September 2021. With extensive experience in legal and corporate affairs, Sol Noello led in-house legal teams for commercial and corporate matters globally, supporting significant M&A transactions across the US, Europe, and LATAM. Sol Noello's background includes participation in the development and execution of compliance programs following IPOs and drafting commercial agreements, along with prior experience as a Legal Officer at Tata Consultancy Services. Educational qualifications consist of a Licenciada en Abogacía from Universidad de Belgrano and ongoing studies for a Master in Corporate Law at UADE.
