Sylvie Bourges is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leading transformation and professional services within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Head of Professional Services at Wiztivi, Sylvie oversees a team of 80, delivering UI and gaming applications for media and operators. Previously, at EXFO, Sylvie held multiple leadership positions, including Head of Transformation, where significant improvements in Professional Services profitability and the implementation of a DevOps model were achieved. Sylvie also served as Head of Product Management and R&D, managing a team of 50 in the development of wireless and fiber monitoring products. With a background at Technicolor, Sylvie managed various roles focused on transformation programs and project management across international teams. Sylvie holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from INSA Rennes and PMP certification.
