Assistante Customer Success at Wiztopic

Shana Bacqué has held a variety of roles in the media and finance industries. From 2013 to 2016, they were an Equipière Responsable at EXKi. From 2016 to 2017, they were an Assistante de Réalisation et de Production at Paul Belêatre. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Manager Assistant at ELLE Magazine. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Chargée d'Études Média Junior at CMI MEDIA. Currently, they are an Assistante Customer Success at Wiztopic, where they are responsible for managing the Intercom chat, developing relationships with customers, managing the Wiztopic Academy, and onboarding and training customers.

Shana Bacqué began their education in 2011, when they obtained their Baccalauréat from Lycée Jacques Monod in the field of STG Marketing. Shana then went on to attend AKOR Alternance, where they obtained their BTS in Assistant de manager in 2019. In 2019, Shana also obtained their Bachelor's degree from Sup Career Alternance by OMNES Education in Marketing digital et communication. Shana is currently pursuing their Master Strategie de Communication from Sup Career Alternance by OMNES Education, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
