Saurabh Agarwal is an experienced Company Secretary with a robust professional background in corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving at WizzFinancial since February 2022, Saurabh previously held the position of Company Secretary at UAE Exchange from July 2010 to July 2023, and at Kajaria Ceramics Ltd from May 2008 to June 2010. Saurabh holds a CS degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, obtained between 2005 and 2009, and completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at APS University from 2004 to 2007.
