Vijayalakshmi Pradeep

Vijayalakshmi Pradeep currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at Wizz Financial, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this, Vijayalakshmi Pradeep spent over 12 years at Xpress Money, where responsibilities included controlling HR strategy, partner engagement with executive leadership, and spearheading HR services encompassing various functions such as Compensation, Employee Relations, and Performance Management. Earlier experience includes managerial roles in HR service delivery and training at UAE Exchange Centre LLC and ANZ, respectively. Vijayalakshmi Pradeep holds a Master's degree in English Literature from Bangalore University.
