Juliana Schechter

Juliana Schechter, MS, currently serves as a Human Resources Coordinator at Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits since June 2023. Prior to this role, Juliana gained valuable experience at Dow Jones as an HR Strategy & Operations Coordinator and at On the Goga as an Organizational Psychology Program Coordinator, where responsibilities included administering employee wellness surveys and conducting literature reviews in I/O psychology. Juliana also worked as a Website Content Manager for Mon Petit Tresor Jewels, focusing on website updates and customer engagement. Juliana earned a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Cum Laude, from Binghamton University.
