Lauretta Logan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lauretta started their career at Nielsen as an Account Executive before moving on to Compass International, where they served as the Director of Client Services. Lauretta then co-founded Ford Consulting Group, Inc., where they held the position of Co-Founder/Director of Client Service. Following that, they joined Coca-Cola Refreshments, where they held several senior managerial positions, including Director of Channel Planning - Convenience Retail and Senior Manager in Planning and Revenue Growth Management. After leaving Coca-Cola, Lauretta became self-employed as a Director for seven years before joining Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits as a Senior Category Development Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Commercial Insights at the same company.

Lauretta Logan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Lauretta also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics and International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In addition, Lauretta has obtained a certification in WSET L2 Wine from the Napa Valley Wine Academy in January 2022.
