Stephanie Wheat

Stephanie Wheat currently serves as the Head of People at WJ since December 2021. Prior to this role, Stephanie held multiple positions at Highways England, including Senior HR Business Partner for Major Projects and Operations, where responsibilities included leading a team of nine Regional HR Business Partners and strategic partnering with the Operations Directorate. Experience also includes serving as HR Business Partner at Coventry Building Society focusing on IT and Change functions, as well as several roles at Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team, Bentley Motors Ltd, Capital One, Walgreens Boots Alliance, and Boots, where contributions ranged from employee engagement to organizational development. Stephanie holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management from Nottingham Trent University and recently attained Chartered Fellow CIPD status.
