James Carroll is an experienced audiovisual technician and videographer with a diverse background in live production and media. Currently serving as an A/V Technician at Encore and a Videographer at WJBF NewsChannel 6 since September 2022, James also owns Daily Bread Studio, specializing in audio engineering since July 2015. Previous roles include Live Camera Operator for Synergy Sports during the Nike EYBL seasons, a Digital Sales Associate at Walmart, and a Baker at Dunkin Donuts. James has interned at both Soul Asylum Studios in Atlanta and Chamblee. James holds a certificate in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Full Sail University, earned between 2018 and 2019.

WJBF NewsChannel 6 signed on in Augusta, Georgia as an ABC affiliate in November 1953 and is owned by Nexstar Media Group. WJBF–TV has been awarded the prestigious "Station of Year" award by the Georgia Association of Broadcasters in 1994, 1995, 1996, 2000, and 2003. This prestigious award recognizes WJBF for excellence in broadcasting and service to the community. Our Mission Statement: To envision our responsibilities to the community and act. To anticipate our viewers and client's needs and respond. To inspire and promote positive values by giving more to the community we serve. Our number one goal is to live up to this statement. WJBF NewsChannel 6 is committed to keeping the CSRA informed. We are the only station in Augusta with full–time capital reporters in Atlanta, GA and Columbia, SC, three meteorologists, the area's only LIVE Doppler Radar, and the largest news staff in the CSRA.
