Miller Hyatt

Miller Hyatt is a skilled meteorologist currently serving at WJBF NewsChannel 6 since January 2023, providing accurate weather forecasts for the CSRA community. Prior experience includes a role as Weekend Meteorologist/Reporter at WXOW News 19, where engaging weather reports were delivered and additional responsibilities at sister station WQOW were managed. Miller also served as a Campus Connect Forecaster, producing localized weather segments for Northeast Mississippi, and completed a digital news internship at NBCLA, enhancing the station's social media engagement. Previous roles included GIS Analyst and Intern at WK Dickson & Co., Inc., where critical infrastructure projects were supported, and reports were created for various planning initiatives in Greenville County. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Geoscience with a concentration in Broadcast Meteorology from Mississippi State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of South Carolina.
