Circe LeNoble is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in grants management and education outreach, currently serving as the Grants & Education Outreach Manager and previously as the Grants and Community Relations Manager at WJCT Public Broadcasting since October 2007. Prior roles include Office Manager at One Day Decorating of Florida, where Circe managed class supplies, financial records, and marketing efforts, and Art Walk Coordinator for Downtown Vision, Inc., overseeing a monthly arts event. Additionally, Circe held office management positions at St Johns River City Band Inc and Players by the Sea as Marketing Director. Educationally, Circe holds a Master of Arts in Theory and Practice of Writing from Utah State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Southern Utah University.
