Ben Newby

Ben Newby has held various leadership roles in the IT and business improvement sectors, with experiences ranging from consultancy services to client and transformation director positions. Currently serving as the Chief Digital Officer at WJEC / CBAC, Ben works on maximizing the value of technology in both internal and external services. Prior to this, Ben was responsible for addressing operational challenges and improving customer experience in previous roles at Bristol Water plc and IT MGMT Ltd. With a background in Implementation Management and a degree from the University of the West of England, Ben has a strong foundation in IT and business operations.
