Geri Wells is an accomplished Principal Consultant at Pathways to Resilience, LLC, where since April 1997, Geri has provided executive coaching and collaborative leadership development services to clients across various sectors, focusing on talent development and organizational effectiveness. Additionally, Geri serves as Executive Coaching Faculty at WJM Associates, contributing to high-impact coaching services. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Organization Consultant at BP Amoco from 1993 to 1997, where Geri specialized in organization capability assessments and leadership development, and managed large-scale change initiatives. Geri holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University-Sacramento.
