Scott Litchfield has a diverse work experience in leadership development and consulting. Scott started their career in 2000 as the Vice President of Business Development at Goodrich & Sherwood Associates, Inc. From 2003 to 2004, they worked as a Senior Consultant and Director of Business Development at Compensation Resources, Inc., where they generated new business revenues through sales and marketing efforts. Scott then joined WJM Associates as a Senior Vice President in 2004, specializing in leadership development solutions and collaborating with clients globally. In 2015, Scott became the Director of Client Solutions at Korn Ferry, focusing on talent consulting services and helping businesses and leaders achieve their goals. After a year, they transitioned to BlessingWhite, a division of GP Strategies, as the Executive Director of Client Solutions, where they supported clients in executing leadership and talent management solutions. Finally, in 2018, Scott returned to WJM Associates as a Senior Vice President, utilizing their expertise in executive coaching and program design to help clients improve their people's performance.
Scott Litchfield has an MBA degree from Long Island University. Scott completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History at Gettysburg College.
