Zoya Hussain is a Clinical Enhancement Specialist at WJS Canada since August 2017, focusing on supporting adult survivors of acquired brain injuries in achieving independence and community participation. Prior to this role, Zoya served as a Biofeedback Neurofeedback Technician at Zone Performance from March 2017 to December 2018, where advanced technology was used to enhance mental toughness and cognitive performance. Zoya is also the founder of Torches of Hope, a charity aimed at disarming child soldiers in South Sudan, active from May 2012 to May 2018. Zoya holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Alberta and a Master's degree in Counselling from City University of Seattle, along with certification as a Brain Injury Specialist from the Brain Injury Association of America.
