Jeff Holland

Jeff Holland, PE, CFM, currently serves as the Stormwater Section Manager for the Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Jeff was a Project Manager at WK Dickson & Co., Inc., from May 2022 to May 2024, focusing on watershed services. From January 2013 to May 2022, Jeff worked as Engineer V and Dam Program Manager for Gwinnett County, overseeing the operation and maintenance of 22 dams and managing major stormwater capital improvement projects. Earlier experience includes roles as Project Manager/Engineer at Phoenix Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities included developing construction base maps for natural gas pipelines and managing erosion control, as well as Design Engineer positions at ABE Consulting Inc. and Brock Design Group, Inc., focusing on hydraulic design and creating construction documents for various development projects. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering with an emphasis on Environmental Engineering from The University of Georgia, earned between 2000 and 2004.
