Michael Jones

Michael Jones, P.E. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Michael is currently serving as the Vice President & Georgia Regional Manager at WK Dickson & Co., Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of Principal Engineer at Edison Engineering Group. Michael also has experience working as a City Administrator for the City of Smyrna and as a County Administrator for the Paulding County Board of Commissioners. Michael began their career as a Project Manager at Parsons and later transitioned to become the Public Works Director at Paulding County Public Works Department. Overall, their career has showcased their expertise in engineering, management, and leadership.

Michael Jones, P.E. obtained their Master of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering (MSCE) from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 1997. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering (BSCET) from Southern Polytechnic State University between 1992 and 1996. Michael also holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Bioenvironmental Engineering from Community College of the Air Force, where they studied from 1987 to 1990.
