Claude Boily

Claude Boily is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Manager of Human Resources at WK Kellogg Co since October 2023, Claude has also held a long-term managerial role at Kellogg Company since January 2007, focusing on employee relations and leadership within the Plant Leadership Team. Previous roles include Manager of Human Resources at NORDENIA DEUTSCHLAND Gronau GmbH from 2004 to 2006, where Claude oversaw HR in a packaging manufacturing plant, and Director of Human Resources at Solectron Global Services from 2000 to 2004, managing significant HR operations across multiple Canadian sites. Claude also contributed as Director of Human Resources at Stream Global Services and held the position of Manager of Human Resources at Crayola from 1996 to 2000, overseeing multiple plants in the USA and Canada.
