Erika Leeper

Erika Leeper is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial leadership roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Finance Logistics at WK Kellogg Co since October 2023, Erika applies a strong background in logistics finance, having previously held the position of Senior Finance Manager - Logistics at Kellogg Company from November 2019 to September 2023. Prior to that, Erika worked at Kimberly-Clark for over 15 years, undertaking various leadership roles, including Senior Finance Team Leader and Commercial Finance Manager, where responsibilities included providing insightful financial analyses and improving business performance. Erika holds an MBA in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Saint Mary's College.
