Gary Pilnick

Gary Pilnick is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of WK Kellogg Co, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Gary Pilnick served in various executive capacities at Kellogg Company from September 2000 to October 2023, including Vice Chairman, Corporate Development and Chief Legal Officer, as well as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, General Counsel and Secretary. Earlier in Gary Pilnick's career, roles included Vice President and Chief Counsel at Sara Lee Branded Apparel North and South America, and Vice President and Chief Corporate Counsel at Specialty Food Corporation. Gary Pilnick holds a Juris Doctorate with honors from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree with honors from Lafayette College.
